Owls
For a set of 6 dummy cakes for display, I was assigned to make 12 little chocolate owls. These Guys were a blast to work on, and with good workflow, I was able to crank them out in no time!
I worked on all 12 in stages, producing them like an assembly line, getting them all to the same level of completion at the same time, creating a consistent level of polish.
